Congrats on the anniversary Schu!
What is good? Went to Detroit and back today safely and never needed to pull out my friends, Smith & Wesson.
Thinking 1-2" of rain tomorrow is going to make for a perfect day to hang 2 more stands which my hunting partner and I have been talking about for months. Some of our observations from our first couple hunts on the property have confirmed what we have been thinking all along. Just hate to go in and hang them right now. Should be alright since we probably will only hunt them during the rut or on "perfect" wind days.

Went out to shoot my bow today just make sure she was still shooting good. All of a sudden my peep was not looking right... The top of it was unraveling. Thank goodness I decided to shoot. I'd been chit outta luck if I were in the woods getting ready for a shot.

What's good for me today. Rolled into work and as soon as I got parked I looked over to the end of the lot to see deer standing there eating. A medium size doe and her fawn. Found out one of the guys takes deer feed back there every day. Was told there are at least 2 bucks and several doe that can be seen back there. I also got to get out in the field and shadow and observe the guy at work today bustin his hump while I stood there getting paid to do NOTHING all day and even got 30min. of overtime time today doing it lmao. I had never thought until today driving around Richland county how this new job might open doors to other hunting grounds as well. Damn good day.
