What's is the best way to gain promision on private

I was jw how you guys gain promision on farms to hunt in ohio here in clermont county we just knock on doors but is there a better way to maybe get that not so pressured land to hunt

Just knocking. Offering help. Dress nice. Print up your Bio. Just name, address, your goals as a hunter. If you happen to know some of the same folks, use them as a reference. Treat it similar to applying for a good job, especially if you dont know them

Also, show them and give them a release of liability form so they know you wont sue them. Go when they are not busy and not in planting and harvesting time. Stay clear of right before hunting season also. Offer to help them around the farm, offer to post the land if they want and to be the bad cop when they want to say no to other trespassers. Show them On X and how it works, offer to put it on their phone for them as they give freee months to try it out and even offer to pay the first year and or yearly if the land is good. Offer to share your harvest.
