whats up with this guy?

checked cams this morning and got some pics of this guy and noticed he has what appears to be a wound on his brisket and some on his left hindquarter, any one have ideas what these are or what might of happened, car, fence or such.

It's anybody's guess, really. Could just be from deer flies, too.
