This years should be interesting. Seems like they are going to the Mangement Units and possibly also changing the antlerless tag structure, so that the tags will be specific to that Unit. We shall see.

Being new I will try to freshen up this place w a different look from a different place. I love to read of yalls excursions as I’m an outsider looking in.
Soon I will be crawfishing, fishing, crabbing, field trial training and hunt test to achieve. I’m sure there will be other things but these are in the near future.
Our shed hunting is pretty much non existent. Ours drop late March to mid April. Green up will be well done and snakes will be looking for legs to chew on. Our second rut is in full swing and season closes today for most of Louisiana. Duck season ended last Sunday. Squirrel and rabbit still open to February 28th. Primary job will be beating me down till my vacation and second job will be picking up the remainder of my sanity.
I’m burnt out on deer hunting but wish it was still open.
Shit almost forgot we are going on a conservation goose hunt on the 12th in Arkansas. This will be my first time. Hope it’s epic.
