I have always used ketchup on my hotdog, along with mustard and relish…. Sometimes I just put salsa on it for a change up….
And you’re absolutely right, if you like something on your hotdog, have at it….

I have to say that I could eat dog 1,2, or 3 without hesitation, but someplace between 2 and 3 would be ideal. #4 is headed to the trash.

in a perfect world, coney sauce, mustard, relish, mild cheddar cheese. or mustard, onions, kraut. doomsday scenario, I could survive with just mustard. ketchup is for the accompanying french fries. or a fried bologna sammich. or scrapple.
