Who's bringing what to mingo....

I am bringing a kettle full of meatballs marinated in habanero and raspberry jelly, and a couple bags of perch, bluegill and walleye. I've got the breading covered, but if anyone else can bring a gallon of oil, it would surely be appreciated. I will bring butter, salt, pepper and Italian bread crumbs too.

Chad and I can take care of that.

Some of us still like horseshoe tossing better...
My grandfather had a pit out behind the house. That man would whip up on you throwing steel. I don't think in the hundreds of game I played against him that I ever won a single one.

I'm a novice at best, my wife's uncles and her dad were diehards when it came too shoes....

I have played a few games of horseshoes and am in J's league but I can say I have never thrown a single bean bag...

I love playing cornhole, but I actually enjoy throwing horseshoes more. Cornhole is so much more convenient though.

Something about that clank...and the way it likes to wrap around that pin 3 times and then somehow fall off. [emoji23]

My dad had a pit in the back yard growing up. Watched my brother take one to the head once...talk about a LUMP!

My hate for cats came from this...they used to use the pits at night as a litter box! Cleaning cat shit and we never owned a damn cat.

Dave, years ago during summer get-togethers that's all you'd hear is CLANK.... Very seldom see anyone throwing shoes anymore.. "J" never heard of the washers game before....

Growing up all the playgrounds had a horseshoe pit and washer pit.... Same concept just different product....
