Consider this your call to action...

For those who have the time and ability to attend, I highly encourage you to do so. I have registered to speak and plan to share a personal and a professional anecdote about this unprecedented EHD outbreak. This meeting was called solely to allow those of us in SE Ohio to interface with the DOW in our own backyard. @Creamer, it would be good to see you there, even if you don't feel compelled to speak. I will try to record my remarks and share them here after the meeting, and provide an update on the outcomes afterwards.

That was his "silver lining" that he used to close out his speech. He gave the company line, so he did exactly as expected. We're still hear getting commentary from the Council itself after the first ever full slate of 15 speakers. They said the bobcat season only had 13 speakers back in 2018. Overall, I think we may have accomplished the unthinkable and had some degree of influence over the Council. I need to decompress and process it all, but will give a more thorough assessment later this evening. But first, beer...

I don’t think deer are having trouble finding food to eat no matter how big the herd is. More food so bucks get bigger? I would have gotten thrown out of the meeting.

Good luck Jesse..Dont expect much from em.
Funny they call a special meeting when ehd is in Athens. Never saw the concern the past years when others were getting hammered. But i guess a council member might live down there. Top priority.

This was my silver lining. Finally hitting Rex's backyard multiple times.
