If I did, I will be using a tripod for now on. Crosshairs were center of deer and 4" behind front leg. Impact sounded hollow like a good rib cage shot. Blood on Arrow looked thin like lung shot.

I hated backing out but its so thick in there... I had to for best recovery rate.

It happens, it sucks, but as long as you bow hunt it can happen.

OK... After talking to my mentors with everything. Then shot my bow... my scope was off! Got to be under the spine and hit bone. Rage was pretty jagged and blades were deployed. The good thing is he's going to live! He'll be back on trail cam in 3 to 5 days.
