So there I was driving down a back country road in Mprgan County today when I happened upon this deer...

Oh. You thought I killed it? lmao

I've had a good laugh all day over this! It is a large in sized whitetailed buck deer with an arrow in it though. It appeared to have been dead for a while, but no more than from yesterday. There couldn't have been much if a blood trail, so we tracked down a local and told him about it. He said he knew who it would belong to, so hopefully we made someone's day.

I've never had that happen to me, but always thought it would be cool to see that or one running to its death that had just been shot nearby.

Nope. Big ridges all around, so who knows. But that shot had to have been fairly deadly. It was obvious the Rage choked on a couple of ribs and stopped the arrow from penetrating very far. It had to have busted the stomach, punctured the diaphragm and got liver.
