I was doing some welding this morning. I struck an arc and just started laying a bead, I was welding vertical an really concentrating all of a sudden a spider goes scurrying across the inside lens of my helmet. It looked HUGE!!. I about crapped, dropped electrode tore off the helmet. The spider might have been a 1/4" in diameter:redface:
