Don't see a whole lot of 225 around in my travels.... Good luck with your search....

I go to gun shows practically every weekend and almost never see 225 brass. Gunbot and ammoseek did not list any sources.

This got me thinking if I've ever seen a .225 rifle and I can't recall one. Just checked gunbroker and there were only 3 .225s listed. 1 M70 and 2 Savage 340s.

All I know Is it don't come cheap lol....

So what's the big draw on a 225???

Supposedly the 225 win is comparable to a 22/250. It supposedly can be made necking down 30/30 brass to .22. I have trouble necking 30/30's to 25/35 brass.

Seems like a lot to go thru when you have 22.250 readily available....
