My 15 year old son chose Ohio youth gun weekend over a school dance, heading out after his basketball game tomorrow. Hoping he gets to kill something with his Winchester model 94 44 mag he inherited from his late grandfather.

I'm gonna take savannah out to fill her doe tag. She's gonna carry the 44 or my brothers 350 legend. Even tho she would rather take the crossbow. Maybe we should take the bow just in case a big one comes out so I can fill my tag.

We will be out trying to get my son on a doe. He wants to get one with the 350 legend. Fingers crossed!
Kaydence and I will be out with the crossbow. Probably be another year or two until someone wants to shoot a gun and it'll probably be Kenna. Either way, we'll have orange on and we'll be out there trying to get it done.
My son is sitting with my brother on Saturday (i have to work). He's comfortable with the AR 450BM so he's gonna run that. I'll have him out on Sunday and opening day of gun.
I'm taking Mallory somewhere just haven't figured out where yet.

I'll be out in the evenings with my oldest and the crossbow looking for redemption for her.
OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHH LETS GET READY TO RUMBLLLLLLLE!!!! I could care less if i put a tag on a deer this year. Youngest daughter is up to bat...we have one of the last corn fields standing butting my personal property. I havnt step on my place for weeks waiting for this weekend. Hopefully get a shot at her 1st buck or doe . Then the oldest will get a crack and be able to venture out with me the rest of gun laws. Ive deer hunted alone since 13yrs old so im taking all this in....just need a good wind.
had her plink with the .22 to save deer rounds. She shot the 44 mag twice goOd enough in some bad winds. Im excited.

Taking my 6 year old daughter out with the crossbow. She’s been shooting very well using the bog tripod. Just checked cameras with her and she’s pumped. She goes “dad I really want a buck, but honestly I just want a deer!” Then she sees a big one on camera and goes “dad I think he’ll score more than yours! I want him!” Lol I’m excited. Hoping she can manage to keep her cool because I think deer fever is going to rattle her lol.

This will be #1 for the boys this coming weekend! Hoping everything works out! #2 and #3 listed below! Don’t know how these deer are funneling as of November 5th because I haven’t been out to check cameras since I killed oak. Shall be interesting to see what happens this weekend. Just basing off one cell cam! Should get dicey. The boys say though, “if it’s brown, it’s down!”
