I've had a good run with a little setback yesterday. I'm not feeling 100% and there's one thing I have to have when that's the case: Mickey D's french fries. It was worth it 🥴 Other than that, I've settled back into a "whole food, keto" type of diet and am feeling great as a result. My inflammation is way down, which is really noticeable when it's cold like it's been. Making green chicken chili for my wife's birthday tonight. A good, hearty meal after a 20-hour fast is comfort food at its best!

Staying steady @175ish. Went down to my sons place with a buddy too knock out a couple projects. Pulled in Tuesday afternoon and finished the outside one since it was warm out. They ordered pizza and I had a grilled chicken salad, which I ate the chicken with very little salad added.
Knocked out the other two items on the list and headed home yesterday just after 1300. Half way home we stopped at a Wendy’s because he was hungry. Looked at the menu and got a bowl of chili and a water. Don’t know what it is about that chili, but I still like it after all these years 😂

Got on the scale this morning and am the same weight today as I was Monday. I’ll take that…..

Had a big ol juicy ribeye for dinner tonight. Cast iron seared in butter and tallow, a sprinkle of thyme and rosemary, then into the oven for 6-8 minutes with some chopped mushrooms. Absolute perfection. Didn’t eat anything but the steak and the mushrooms and I was as satisfied as ever. This way of eating is simply awesome.

I’ve been really steady between 175 and 180 pounds. I try to do at least a 100 push-ups every day. I feel like I’m within a good homeostasis for the time being. So I do tend to mix in “cheat” items more frequently, but I’m better at not getting carried away with them.
