I would be immediately calling Alex and asking where I can order a programmer and dual stacks. What a nasty lady. I feel sorry for people so worried about others that they fail to look in the mirror to find the true source of their problems. Once she started cussing in front of my kids I would have simply shut the door and rolled up the windows.
