It has been a while since I have gotten to cook something up. There was one thing specifically I was wanting to try cause a guy from work had been bringing me all kinds of peppers.

So tonight I made some smoky cream cheese and chive stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon. Italian style beer brats and a fried zukini hashbrown style. Here are the peppers ready for the grill.

The sauteing veggies and marinara for the brats, fried zukini being prep.

Once the brats where done boiling in beer they where tossed on the grill with the peppers and this was the final product, topped with a Yeungling porter.

I'm helping in two feeds this weekend and plan to perfect 3 recipes in the process. I'll be frying up fish and chips with a breading I've been working on. I'm also grilling up my Duck Poppers. Bit sized mallard breast pieces marinaded in Italian dressing and a spicy garlic hot sauce. Then I'll stuff them with a mixture of cream cheese, jalapeño, and seasonings, then wrapped in bacon and cooked over an open flame. Served with a southwest style sauce.

I also have a recipe for an orange chili glazed shrimp using oranges, chipotle peppers, and Sriracha. After those are done, I'll stuff them inside a whole deer loin, wrap it in bacon, and grill it over an open flame. I have 2 loins in different marinades or a comparison.

I don't have any more duck, but I'll do a loin at Camp Rex if it turns out!

Then had to get the stuffed jalapenos on the grill.

Here is the final ready to eat and wash down with a yeungling Oktoberfest.
