Shit Charles, I elect you the new TOO chef!

Nah, but what I do is usually pretty good. I wanna learn Asian food better. The (frozen) tuna was from a friend and my third try at it. Bit of garlic/green onion teriyaki marinade for a couple minutes then roll in sea cracked pepper sprinkle with sea salt. Sear for a few seconds on each side while frozen. Seared out side and raw/cold in the center. Dang, I want some more!

I started Friday's meal tonight while I was cooking dinner. It's an arm roast from the last cow my dad butchered. I coated it in kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, granulated garlic, and cayenne pepper. Going to slow cook it 10 hours after searing it, then serve it with onions, baby carrots, and red taters. Add salads and garlic bread, and you got a meal!!!

Also enjoyed some deer steak and inner loins with noodles for dinner tonight.

I slow baked some western style pork ribs in the oven while my camo was outside smoking. Once the camo was bagged up, I threw some taters and the ribs on. They look kind of dark in the pics, but they were super tender and fell off the bone!
