My alma mater won 49-34. They gave up 3 late touchdowns bc our JV was in. Went at halftime. I was surprised bc the only scored 48 points all last season....damn.

Looks like we might need a HS football thread. My Indian Creek Redskins thumped the Weirton Red Riders 52-12 on Weirton's new turf field.

My SS, who is getting serious looks from OSU and Michigan State in baseball went nuts tonight. 2 TD runs, a pick 6 from his safety position, and a punt return for a TD.

Dang Cotty! That dude had one heck of a game.

Great news Redhunter! Good luck in there this year.

Got to have a date with my wife tonight. Why is it we rarely go out to eat (someplace fancy), but when we do we always get stuck with the fruitloop homo waiter?

Getting a kid ready to head back to college tomorrow.

I can finally get my dang house back. I swear they only come home to make it a mess and clutter everything up for the summer and don't want to do anything around here to help because they think they don't need to and they worked really hard during the school year so should get the summer to relax and do nothing. Guess this is a tofur. Part what's good and another part dump thread lol.

Finished the skidloader work and mulch on our landscape project today. 25-30yds of mulch put down in 2 days. Everything done except for a good cleanup for the parking lot sweeper tonight. I am going to take a nap and head out with my driver to help him out a bit. I am absolutely beat after the week I have had, but now I am ready to hit the show next week! TOO good.

My son was sick today. We weren't sure we were going to let him play in his soccer game or not. Little man sucked it up and worked his butt off! Told the coach prior to the game to keep an eye on him because it was hot and he was feeling it. Played him goalie one quarter. He made several amazing stops. Didn't know the feller had it in him. lol Was scored on twice but they were so high up in the corners I don't see how he could have gotten them. He couldn't have jumped that high. On offense, well, he was the only one on offense. The other team really dominated. You could tell they had played together year round for awhile. It feels good though when you see your son sick but still giving it his all. He took some elbows and was tumbled a couple times. Hard hits, but got back up and kept after it. He really made us proud!

It has been a TOO good day all around. Morning started out right. Wink wink! Garrett played his heart out in soccer. Finished up the night cleaning out Momma's ride. Oil change, washed, cleaned out the inside, and armorall on the inside. Time for a shower and another long work week. Life is good!

The family dog is recovering from what the vet thinks was a embolism in an artery that supplies blood to the spinal cord. He could barely move his left rear leg yesterday, but is doing much better today. He got a steroid shot and some pain medication. Hoping for a full recovery. He's been part of our family for 12+ years, tough to see him struggle.

Thanks guys....he could barely walk yesterday. Today he is going up and down stairs. Still a little wobbly, but much improved. I hope tomorrow is another step in the right direction.

Text from my dad (Old Scout):

"Ur pain in ass. Put it on hill where buck came I think now if I can get out with no snake bites weeds tall as me"

LMAO! He got bored and went to move a camera this morning to try and get a pic of the big boy we've been seeing and I think he got a bit flustered when he asked me where to put it. It's tough to give directions from work...

Love having him around and keeping him young :smiley_clap:
