The smell didn't help, but I had enough of the cold by 9:25!
Time for some fried spam and eggs.
When you were young you would have stayed out all day and ate raw eggs and Spam from the can.
Just sayin.
Well sat till noon and saw 8 deer total within range, the piebald was back chasing two does in front of me and they wanted nothing to do with him. The more I see him the younger he looks, was trying to get a picture of him but a bbuck kept me frozen in place he was looking at me the whole time the other buck was chasing lol... Had a spike come to the can call at about 1030 and he was hot for some action too lol. Lots of singles with no bucks trailing and so far no sign of the big boys either.... Had a good morning and trying to decide where to go for the evening cause this is the morning place haven't seen a deer in the evening yet... Oh the things to worry about lol... Good luck to all going out tonight...

Got back from picking up Co. Man #1 at midnight, back to the airport with Co. Man #2 this morning, ran about 1/4 mile of freaking gas line to the rig to monitor gas and now my computer took a dump. Got another mud logger that is a computer guy coming over to figure it out.

Never got the chance to hunt during my 2 days home. ( which sucks.) barely had time to change out the card in the trail cam. Saving looking at it for a couple days in-case there is something good or bad on it cause I'm stuck here anyway.

Afternoon all, back in from the morning hunt and heading out for the evening one lol... Had a little chickadee land on my crossbow this morning and looked at me for like 15 seconds then flew to my backpack hanging in the tree next to me. Pecked at it a couple of times and then flew off.... Don't know what to make of that but it was cool lol. Y'all have a good one.
