Have them bring their ball gloves. I'll be around camp and wouldn't mind throwing with them some!
They'll have them. I think Brock saying Mason would bring his glove triggered Klay's interest.
The bourbon got Kody. Lol!

I guess I better go shopping for some warm sleeping bags.
So who's gonna make it up and hunt Friday? If someone needs a camera man, I would be more than happy to tag along and film!

Don't forget, you could always kidnap one of my kids and film their hunt on Saturday. But, if you'd rather climb a tree and film, I completely understand. I don't want anyone to feel obligated at all to take one of the boys.
In fact, I'm already planning on sitting all three of us in one blind and letting Kody shoot a buck and Klay shoot a doe if the chance arises. I will be bringing 2 blinds down just in case.

I still plan on getting up there Thursday early evening. Might get a stand/blind set that night if I have time for Friday.
We should have a lot more leaves on the ground!
This weekend is gonna be a great time, We have plenty of food, activities, drinking,... but I am also hoping to crush a deer or 2. But I got a question. Is there gonna be somebody there who is familiar with the area, to give us a heads up on some spots to sit.
I have printed off the park map, and looked at the area with mytopo and google earth, and I gotta tell ya, To a flat lander who is used to hunting small (40 or 50 acre) farms, this place looks imposing.
I'm used to looking at an arial photo and finding the field edges and creeks, but all I see is hills, hills, hills... and lots and lots of woods. never hunted an area like this. i'm excited to get in there and check it out.
