I had said I was thinking about coming down Thurs (took two days off this week) but am changing up and will be down there Friday early afternoon and make the Friday evening hunt.
Gonna hunt in Adams on Thurs and Friday morning, then come the rest of the way down.

I am so bummed I am going to miss this. I got a big boy job interview so I have to leave Athens this weekend.

Ill be in a tree sometime this weekend tho, and Ill be thinking of the fellow TOOs laying some deer down!

I've got about half a dozen ground kills including my mounted 8 point while just up against something too break me up.... I like steep hills too climb up on and carve a seat into the hillside overlooking well used trails.... Almost like treestand hunting.... They feel safe skirting the hillside since they really never been pushed from one before.... Never look up the hill at me but always looking away from it.... Pretty cool....

I Too plan on being there. I am officially on vacation now until Thanksgiving. I'd like to arrive on Thursday, but payday is Friday dammit. I just may come down Thursday anyhow. I will need help setting up my tent... please. I will bring camera & tripod for group picture & then I can email the pics to whoever wants one ... & blackmail the others...lol.
