First skunk of the week ... Back at it tomorrow. No deer seen between the 3 of us. Nothin movin at all.

Not ruttin big here yet. All we have seen is little bucks with nose to the ground. No chasing or anything yet. Maybe in the next day or two???
Hang in there boys. Its still gotta feel good to sit in a damp woods and take in the sights and smells.
That was one of the things I missed the most living in SW/FL. for 8 yrs. The smell of the fall, Ohio woods this time of the year. Stay pumped. They come out of nowhere when you least expect it!

DB and Willy- I am juggling three kids tomorrow. Living vicariously through you guys. You fellas are living like rock stars right now. Hunting, shooting and killing stuff, slammin' Jack at 11am. . . . party on guys!

Got a lot of rain last night. Gonna try to force some luck my way. Got a bedding area that I'm gonna still hunt this morn. Should be fun.

Holy Moses! It blew up tonight! Between the 3 of us we saw 19 deer in the last hour of light. Big buck out in from of me was running 6 does ragged. I got no shots offered but it was awesome! Somebody flipped the switch. It was warm and windy And they were all over the place in the last hour. Best hunt I've had in years. Amazing.

ME!!!!! I saw one deer all day and it was at last light.... My back and ass are numb..... Drinking a couple of beers and going too bed..... Have fun guys....

We leave Wednesday afternoon. Tomorrow is the day some big boys are gonna fall. They are runnin around here like crazy!
