Ric I started on farms that I hunt. Then went to farms that we shed hunt alot but don't hunt. I'm now to the point of driving down the road finding a good spot and knocking on doors.
Please tell me what you say to get permission to shed hunt? People usually look at me like what the heck are you talking about? HAHA, I just havn't had much luck with it. Heck of a year for you man, awesome.
I always have sheds in my truck. Most people here have the idea of what I mean. But when they are unsure I pull out a few and show. I always start with my name. Then try my best to connect with them some way as to make things less stranger like. Then ask if I could just walk around. Walk is the main thing here. No one seems to want you riding around. Cant blame them.

You are da man Taylor! I admire your shed hunting dedication! Wish I had the time to get out this year. I've been out once, and that was earlier this week for about half an hour. Me and the dog found two, bit nothing to write home about!
