Well, the closest thing to a shed up here, is some sheds in the Home Depot parking lot! Still working up here in Mentor- on -lake, the job is on Rt. 2 and 44. I have seen lots of deer along Rt 2, just browsing in housing developments. I read somewhere, where they have some problems with over population. I guess some bow hunters are having trouble getting permission to hunt deer in this area. There's an ASS load of deer up here. I would love to do some shed hunting up here, but have no idea where too! Without getting shot or arrested. Lol.

Couldn't help myself and went out and covered some big open south sloping woods and briar thickets I haven't been in since early Feb. I zigzagged everywhere covering it very good while working up a soaking sweat. Nada!

Oh well, got some exercise and it puts my mind at rest about any sheds laying in there.lol

I'm still not completely done. I have a few places I want to check before throwing in the towel.

I did find a small deadhead today though.

Kinda bummed that a local showed me a pic of a deadhead that was found recently in a creek bed that looked awfully close to what the Gnome deer looked like. Ugh

Even if its not the Gnome buck, another good one didn't make it. There are still some nice deer running around from the sightings the last couple months.

Rotflmao, this deer has been top secret for 3 years, hunted it hard for 2 years in a row and only got one shot on it and connected but not the best, tracked knocked on every door within a 2 mile radius and nowhere to be found, only one patch ov woods and grass it could.be in, Dayton daily news property, I asked them every day at lunch and after work to look for 6 weeks finally got a yes and low and behold there he was, I nearly cried, he scored 230 7/8.













And that would be the story if it was mine lol my buddy sent this pic to me pissed off as hell wondering why in the hell I didn't tell him about it, I said that's not me, he said bullshit lol well its not hahahaha
