Pretty successful opening week for the TOO family! Congrats to all who have taken or assited another hunter in taking a bird in week 1 of the season. I'd like to point out that the youth are sitting in 2nd. Special congratulations to Kody and Andrew.

We still have 4 participants not checked in (not including an entire team Cough Jackalope...Cough...). If spots remain open, I will solicit some TOO members who have taken birds but chose not to participate in this years contest.

Final results are in. Had a few teams get short changed because people didn't sign in or post their birds up. Therefore, I ran the scores 2 ways. First way is straight up for the contest and the second way uses a conversion to factor the number of hunters on the team. Congrats to Team 6 on the overall win but a you can't overlook what team 3 did with only 3 particpants. Well done guys!

Congrats to Taylor and Kody for posting the highest scoring birds in the contest. Both registered 65 points in our scale.
Congrats to JD for longest beard at 11.25"
Congrats to Mao for the longest spur at 1.31"

I feel accomplished.... I have waited a long hard 3 seasons for this. In 2011 shooting a last day jake screwed my team out of first and put Joe's team in first, it made his bonus bird.

Finally, shooting a jake payed off. Can we have a chance to redeem our title next year? We all know aholdren is a turkey slayer along with myself . I bet we could retain the title for years.
