I pissed off my wife by working most of the day. Keeping my customers happy though. I had a couple of fields to mow with the flail mower. Glad they are done.

Cookout at my folks this evening then off to fireworks if they aren't rained out.

Got a little wild. Been a exhausting week TOO.

I did manage to score a 60 acre and a 20 acre property to hunt in exchange for some bush hogging.

It was a good night out on the town!

Both property owners are nazis about trespassers and have never given out hunting permission. Perfect!

Ive been up since 4am and when I get off work I get to go watch my boy play ball tonite, and then start a little vacation.

You are cheating Joe lump charcoal or nothing (says the guy with a gas grill and an electric smoker).

I will be doing ribeyes and strips later.

I am on call so no big plans except for hanging around the house.

Wish I could find lump. Adding briquettes every hour gets old on a 12 hour cook. Causes too much playing with the damper to keep the heat between 225 and 250. Cheating was when I yanked it off the smoker at 170 (9 hours in) and finished it wrapped in foil in the oven until 190. Texas crutch! Don't judge. Lots of pros do it. Lol.

got up at 3:30, went to work. Just got home. Only had to work 10 hours today. been working 12s since saturday.
