Just figured I'd start a thread to keep track of some clips. Almost like a highlight reel of hunting clips & short videos that we can share. I don't want to wish the time in my life away, but it seems like all I think about when it's not hunting season, is getting to the next hunting season. Maybe that's another factor in what makes hunting season so special...

I've got a coworker that's big into outdoor photography but not so much down on hunting. I showed him one of the videos you had on facebook, Sean - I think it opened his eyes through a medium he appreciates to the appreciate of beauty by hunters.

That's pretty cool Huck. I hope that we (hunters) can keep putting positive stuff out there for the non-hunting public to see. Is killing a part of hunting? Absolutely is. But killing is just as much a part of eating a grilled chicken salad too. The only difference is that the person ordering a salad at a fancy restaurant has no hand in the killing, as is removed from the chain. An animal was still killed so that that person could survive by eating it. As hunters, we're not removed. We're involved, and have a complete understanding of the chain. And that, in and of itself, is a beautiful thing.


I think I posted this one up here a couple months ago sometime... It's still awesome. Is it fall yet?

Awesome video! I watched a documentary on Fred bear which was fantastic. Never knew he didn't start bow hunting till his 20s. My goal for 2014 is to take the traditional out hunting. My dad has been making em on and off and I think I have one coming my way soon.
