Dang nice bow you got there, Jake!

Sounds like a great day for you, Don. My bro and I hung out at the Barn, back in the day.

Glad TOO hear of your enjoyable road trip on the bike, Phil.

What a wonderful weekend! I got to spend 2 and 1/2 days with my parents, plus all my kids, grandkids and one of my brothers spent all afternoon here. It was SO great to get to spend all that time with my parents.

The only downside......... it seems that only grandma's (me) and great-grandparents find it fun to allow the grandkids to play in an unexpected pouring down rainfall. :smiley_chinrub:

Guess the parents didn't find that as much fun as we did, but oh wells, we got some great pictures! :smiley_crocodile: :smiley_coolpeace:

Been a good weekend. Busy with the kids as my wife had been gone Fri, Sat and part of Sunday. Thankful to have such well behaved kids.

BTW....Wildgame Nation is the worst hunting show ever. The "Dad" has to be on drugs...

Sounds awesome Diane. Pictures are a must at functions like that. No matter how long ago the get together was just pull out the pictures and ya can't help but smile and feel like you're there again.

Yep. I have some of them frosting Christmas cookies and even one of the kids licking the cookie before putting it in the bowl! Priceless!

Finally got to shoot my new bow today. Roughly 6 weeks to become one with the bow. Deer season is getting close! Looking forward to putting my sight on there and dialing the new rig in.

Need to keep busting my butt to finish up all projects (and there are too many) so i can enjoy the season. My plan is to work like my life depends on it so when deer season gets here I can hunt like I am retired. It is going to be a challenge but I fully intend on giving it one heckuva shot.

The new bow you ask? Ended up with a Hoyt again. Doesn't seem to matter the brand to me. I am not a fanboy of anything but living in a tree stand. Shoot what you want. Just enjoy it this year ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the outdoors.

What is better? It was tuned by the best! Thank you for your time today Mr Milo!

The wife went to the Ortho Dr. this morning and all she needs is a cast, no surgery needed. I tried to talk her into a camo cast but she had to have the tie dyed cast.

Great stuff people!

Oldest daughter passed her drivers test today and is now a licensed driver...er....uh.....dang! Prolly should post this up in the dump thread TOO! :smiley_blackeye:

I have all the faith in her for the most part but she's one of two of my precious girls! I'm just scared to death of something happening to either one of them when they start this new phase of her young life! YIKES!!!!UGH

Yep, welcome too the land of driving it'll create some stress that's for sure Ric.... Just keep an I on her and cross the fingers and tell her too slow it down and definitely no phone when driving if she has one.... Lots of sleepless nights worried about the driving thing over the years lol

Ain't that the truth! I've been through 3 daughters driving now, probably why I have all the gray hair. She will do fine Ric, just "remind" her every once in awhile like J said.
