Awesome!!! I was not as lucky today. After a LONG dry spell i had one go under the fence but must of just had a foot and it closed to the stop and that was it. Congrats on that nice female and one more closer to 100!!!
I hate it when they do that I have had 3 misses where the leg went in this year really sucks but keep at it you will get them.

Brian You Are Awesome! Glad to see you getting them yotes. Again, thanks for all the pic's...... Nothing compares to "being out on the trapline" with you while I'm working. Sure makes a lot of so-so days a lot better. Keep it up brother! :smiley_clap:
Thanks Rick and just glad I can text you some pics and take your mind to the trap line instead of work.LOL

phplJSuDQAM.jpgphp9aWIx9AM.jpgsecuredownload[1] (73).jpgsecuredownload[1] (74).jpg Caught another female yote today and nice to start catching some females. I saw her tracks in the snow and followed them across the field right to the snare. LOL. I saw several more yote tracks in the snow so will set another half dozen snares in the weed field tomorrow and hopefully catch a few more.

When Don came up in January to learn how I snare yotes this is one I let him set on his own and have left it there and caught this one in it today so Don yes you can necktie a yote. LOL That is Don in the pic back in January making this set. Also had a chance today to set 10 more in a weed field where I saw several tracks after catching one Monday. Hope to get a few out of those sets.

Haha. That just goes to show that if I can do it anybody can do it! Keep piling them up buddy. I am still hoping to make it up one more time before ya pull your snares. Thanks again for showing me the ropes.

Nice job, Brian! How long has that snare been hanging? A month? That shows the true strength of a snare - they are far more patient than any man with a gun!

The yote I caught the other day was caught in a snare that had been set for over a month. Do you make your own snares Brian?
