What's TOO good? Been busier than a 1 legged man in a butt kicking contest! Work has been insane. We have had the busiest spring going into summer that we have seen in 15 years. The down fall of the blessing, very little free time to check in here. Since the start of the second week of April we have been booked for over a month out. We had to hire a new guy and I am training him to be a lead installer. So I haven't been able to be involved in sales as much as I would like which is where I really shine.

Between work and the rebuild of the front porch at home (which i will soon post into the project thread) I haven't had time for anything extra. Looking forward to the get together in July.

I am third generation in a family owned HVAC/ plumbing business. At one point we where up to 26 employees, then 2008 and the housing bubble hit. We fell as small as 12 employees but are now growing again. We are currently at 17.

Austin is one good kid Steve... I've said it from the days of the other site when he and I were teammates on the deer hunting competition too today.... Can't argue he had a good foundation and he'd come around in the end.... Too many of us have been down that road as teens and parents.... Here's hoping nothing but good in his future....

Amen. I went down that road TOO. I'd like to think I pulled out of it and Austin has/will TOO! :smiley_clap:

A few days ago, I dumped a big pile of corn and sweet feed by the edge of my property for the does. I know they always have fawns in those thickets.
Anyway, I walked outside with a dog on a leash and a doe blew 8 to 10 times. I couldn't even see her, but the sound was exactly where the corn pile is.
I hate being busted during hunting season, but tonight the sound was pretty cool.

Proud of my daughter. She had a kick butt softball game tonight. Struck out once but catcher dropped ball on third strike. She outran the throw to first base. Walked once. Had a single to the third baseman which she outran. Stole 2nd and third base twice and stole home twice. Picked up a grounder which got through the infield and made an awesome throw to second. Had the second baseman been on the bag she could have tagged out the runner. Long throw right on the money though. Last year that ball would have been rolling to second base or way off the mark. Very proud of how far she has come. Tonight was an icecream stand night. She earned it!

sure hope you are right Dennis. I have yet to see a fawn on foot or on camera. Changed all my cards last weekend.
