My SIL and BIL live down there and both are in/retired military so if you need anything just yell. I can ask and see what they can find out too.

Watch it over there man. That whole area floods yearly and bad every few years. Make sure you check the flood plain map and insurance costs. Other than that it's a super nice area.
Joe, thanks I checked the flood plane map and this property is low risk (thank GAWD). Good news! We sold our NC leech, I mean house. We've been trying to sell it for years.

That's good. They've had some historic floods over there the last couple years. If it's still low risk after all that I'd say you're sitting pretty.

Folks over past few weeks our plans have changed and we are headed to southern Maryland.
Employment opportunities are better there as my skill sets correlate batter with naval and usmc aviation programs. Also all of our friends live thee too.
So we are headed south vise west.
