Helped a buddy drag one out and load it. Hoping it brings some good mojo my way. He is letting me hunt one of his stands now. Things feel good.

I never really believed in all this scent crap than the people ere introduced me to Evercalm and that stuff works like a charm to me, I use it all the time and it works perfect. I just used the last bit of mine so I need to go out tomorrow and buy some more!

Just getting settled in. I went to my meeting earlier & learned of an 18 ptr being taken this am a few miles away.
Got "killer" in the blind tonight. Farmer showed up to pick so we're on plan B. Be out of the blind tomorrow night! He done said a doe standing here at quitting time is in trouble...lol..

Looks like a spot to fling an arrow! I was just thinking if a bird comes in I'll smack it. Would like to try to do wild turkey in my smoker. Hopefully we see some horns tonight. Damn wind needs to chill out. Lol
Settled in about 15 minutes ago. Wind whipping out of SW. I can smell Ric up here all the way from Cinci.
Set up in the corner of some finger lots of the Crack Pasture. Some chasing was going on out here yesterday. I could see it from a distance from my other stand last night. Hoping it happens again and I can call one over.
Off in the distance is lines of pines from an old tree farm. They notoriously bed in there and move into the pasture to feed. Wish I could hunt the pines but it's the neighboring property and is off limits unless I need to track.

Ya me too! Awesome stuff other than the $20 price tag. Lol. Worth it though. Had proved its salt more than once for me this year.

Been in a tree since around 1pm.Aint saw a thing.Next neighbor over is having some logging done..Im am guessing that is bad for me?
End of last week a head cold kept me away and a stomach bug almost did today.Grabbed a bottle of pepto and some TP and went out anyways.
Can't kill'em from the toilet.

Lol. So in other funny news. I get s text from my wife of 3 does in front of my box blind. While she's in it! How did that 9 months pregnant lady get up there! She's hilarious. She said she just wanted to pop a buck before she pops out our son.
