I think his point does not have anything to do with the pilots or ATC personnel working that night. But rather DEI initiatives got in the way of hiring qualified ATC personnel, therefore causing the ATC staffing shortage. Sounds like there are very qualified ‘white men’ who want the job, but can’t get hired due to DEI initiatives and racial/sex staffing quotas. Pretty sure that is his point. But the mainstream media will spin it that he is blaming any female or minority involved in the incident.
