Saw 2 doe right under me tonight along with a rabbit. Fuggjn Bambi and Thumper in the flesh. Glad Flower didn't show.

Lazy F'ing hunters suck......that is all!
Best year I've had for big bucks, I had over 60hrs seat time and in 26 hours I saw 6 bucks over 140" and missed a 160+. Can't complain. I took today off I was still disgusted over the miss and slept in.

Got up at 3, ate, let the dogs out, taking my 2nd shit now. I plan on being out all day. If I can stay warm and not have to dump all day, I'll be golden.
Just now dragging my as out of bed. I wouldn't mind being one of those lazy fuggin hunters right now.
Ha my alarm set for a little after 4 and didn't wake up till 6. Oh well be heading out in a few guess I won't be walking in under the cover of darkness.
I won't be either. But I had it planned this way. I've never hunted this property when there's been corn, and it just got cut, didn't want to spook anything. Plus I didn't get home til 1:15am from work and if I plan on hunting all day I need more than 2 hours sleep. I hunted all day last Saturday running on 2 hours and it wasn't fun.
Small 4 pt just came in from behind me. He never paid attn to me in my ghost blind. I'm in a new spot & not brushed in. He walked right by at 20 yards.

After getting up at 3 am all week for work and not getting home tI'll almost 7 pm, I decided to sleep in this morning. I'll get out later today and most of tomorrow.
I came in late on purpose so I could sit longer in to the morning. Settled in at 7:45. Seen a small 8 so far.
4 does came out of the bottom and went in the sanctuary.
Its cold and calm. It was comical watching me get prepared this morning. I'm toasty right now, but I pulled out all the stops!
