Just watched my daughter's cat walk across the corn pile and chase something up a tree. I think Im gonna take a week off after tonight Im starting to get frustrated and it is completely sucking the fun out of it.

I didn't see anything in 3 sits last week so I decided to take the weekend off. Did a little saugeye fishing last night and just relaxed today

Had two separate doe fawns and a small eight go downwind and didn't get busted. Then at last light had a doe fawn walk by, look at me, walk directly UPwind, then start blowing like crazy and stomping. She had other deer coming behind her but they stopped when she started blowing. Kinda frustrating but a pretty night. Found out the LOs grandson killed the buck I was hoping to see tonight on Saturday but didn't ask his granddad if he could hunt there this year or tell him he killed the buck. Kind of a shitty thing to do to your granddad

I'm with Ya, I got skunked this morning for the first time in a WHILE this fall. Off to chase pheasants squirrels and turkeys next weekend. Hell with this deer hunting lol

Had a younger buck dogging a doe next to Walmart between two accounts we maintain this morning. My foreman took the pic while I was across town. Good luck to Woody and any others hitting it today.

Dandy buck Teenbowhunter. Bummer he is not around for you to hunt. Never know what to think when it comes to family. Could be legit. We only hear part of the story most times.

Thanks Phil & all. Good luck out there ! Geeze, with all this snow, it's like looking at a wall of white. I remember following tracks in this heavy stuff one time & I never saw the doe until she busted out at 5 yards. I wonder how many pop up blinds are in peril with this heavy shit.

Going to try to b in stand when the rain stops. Looks like high winds rolling in after and going to b blowing through tomorrow. Not digging it.

You are more man than I. Was planning to go out if it switched to snow but not getting my hopes up by looking at the radar. Ofcourse the week I have vacation it's freaking raining.
