After my brother passed away my younger brother and I talked it over and we sold the ole home place where we all were raised. It has changed hand twice now. The last owner has doubled the size of the ole place. It's well over 100 years old. I live just the next house North and have watched it develop into a grand home. When I had trouble with my right knee replacement I asked Tracy if his eight year old son would take my trash can to the road for pick up and then return it the next day. I'm paying him a $1 a trip. The little guys was tickled pink. I have said all this to point out just how great some of our young people are. Friday he shows up to get his weekly pay. He has made me a bird house out of the siding off the old house where they tore off the whole North end to add on. The wood is 1" thick and harder than steel. His Mom said he has been planning on making for me for a long time now. He did all the work. It might be a little out of square but I wouldn't take a million dollars for it. Some kids just know how to WARM your heart!
