We got a new "puppy" yesterday. He is a 130# Great Dane and turns 2 next month. The owners split and couldn't keep him. This thing is huge! Didn't really want another dog, but I've got a thing for Danes. He's good with the kids and is gentle so far. He's a bit possessive, but we'll change that.

Just got home from a few days at deer camp. Only 1 buck hit the dirt from the crew but several shot opportunities were had for guys. No shooters for me yet this season, but the time with good friends around the campfire was needed. As with all good camps, we ate like Vikings and enjoyed a cold beer or two.

Thanks everyone. She has one more show tomorrow....... Errrr I mean today. The school is going to have DVD's of it.

I am literally speechless. I knew my little girl could sing. But I was literally in tears when she was singing "Some Where Over the Rainbow". She has really come out of her shell the last couple years as far as her natural gifts for music goes. I just couldn't be more proud.
