Sorry to hear that Mike. Tomorrow I have to go to St Rita's hospital in Lima. I believe Hick's wife works there. I have to have a Bronchoscopy, which is where they send a camera and other stuff down my throat into my lungs and take a tissue sample. Around the start of gun season I noticed a slight pain in my upper lungs/esophagus area when I would take deep breaths, and I would get short winded doing anything. After a crapload of tests, xrays and Ct scans, they found that I have acute hypersensitivity to fungus that's in grain dust. So after tomorrow, I start a pretty heavy regimen of steroids and God knows what else. And, I have to quit my job ASAP. My boss has been really cool letting me do inside stuff and run one of our smaller facilities to help me out and keep me away from the dust and cold air as long as I need to. Don't know too many places that would do that anymore. Hopefully within a month or so my lungs will clear up finally and I can take a deep breath without pain, or play outside in the snow with my boy. I quit smoking about 11 years ago so I didn't have to deal with this crap. But the truth is I haven't done my lungs any favors with smoking, then doing precast concrete work for 8 year where we mixed our own concrete in shop, and now grain. I've never really cared for factory work, but I have some in's at Whirlpool who is hiring and a couple buddies at distribution warehouses that can get me right in, so I have options once everything gets taken care of. Sorry about the long book I just wrote, haha
