Holly Molly................Finally got my boar back and it taste so freaking awesome. Laura made eggs and sausages yesterday morning, in the afternoon I grilled pork chops that were bigger then a T Bone stake!!! :smiley_bbq: We now have a roast in the crock pot for this evening. I can say wild boar is the best, we have around 50 pounds of smoked hams alone then on top of that ribs, chops, sliced chops, Italian sausage, breakfast sausage. What a freezer full of awesome pig. :smiley_cooking:

Jeff, those are some big boars, congrats on your latest! You got one on me now. I've never had my bride on a hog hunt. I need to fix that!

OMG, Dale...........I have always had a thing about Boars and I truly love the meat. I gotta say this big boy is so tender, the meat melts in your mouth.
Maybe you and I should take our brides on a hog hunt.............I would love that!!!!!!!!!!!
rotflmao Aaaaaaaaa..............think I had two (2) and then a plate full with out the bun!! Going to bake a ham today!!!
