I killed my 2nd doe of the season this morning fellas, like the first one it was 60+ degrees and I had to work quickly to skin and put the meat in a cooler by myself (so no pics IKS or funny pics). It was a doe at 15 yards, broad side shot with the deer walking about 20 yards a tipping over. I shot her about 8 the rain quick right about first light. Tuscarwaras county
We're a two deer county now, so the next one better have head gear!
6 does and a BB. 4 does were at least 2 or older. Now you tell me how I go from getting 6-8 different bucks on cam just 2 weeks ago, to only seeing 2 young bucks from the stand in 20 hours this weekend?!? Especially with that many does using 80 acres.
Had a 6 point come through and take piss right by me.
He walked out of sight and then a doe came busting ass from where he went right past me. He had her all skittish. She calmed down behind me and fed her way off.
Little later a BB and mama came through.

A little after 5 I saw tails going across the field 200 yards away.... A little while later 5 came out from where they went it, walked a hillside and outta site.... Little while later 3 came out and walked straight out into the bottom of the field..... Then 3 more came out and followed the last group....mat last light 2 more followed suit....
All slick heads and not an antler around them.... All in all a great night seeing them just picked the wrong place too shoot them but was a great spot too scout what they were doing....
There's an island about 100' wide and 20' wide that I'm looking at setting up in after I make another ground blind....
On the drive home saw a half dozen out in a copied close too the road and from what I could see no antlers there either....

And my buddy Tommy was parked in a field today hunting and some pos pulled in and broke his passenger side window on his new 4 runner.
Went through his stuff but didn't look like they took anything.
