Adolphus washington..what a dumb ass. They were talking about movie bosa over to his spot for the Fiesta bowl.

I was joking with my boss about it the other day. He started giving me shit about how the SEC gets away with murder. It told him the difference is SEC players can't get busted picking up hookers if boosters provide them with hookers. Lol.

LOL

Moving Bosa would give Hubbard a spot and he definitely deserves it.

Thugs are thugs no matter who they play for lol. I'll never understand how these idiots can ruin a career by doing stupid shit like that.

Yeeeeeeup! Hope he enjoys all the public scrutiny and what the fiddler is gonna charge him for this stupid decision! Lol

Love the hire of GS! I remember when Miami Hurricanes wanted him after his stellar year at Rut about 6-8 years ago and he turned them down. He'll bring tenacity and a rejuvenation to our Silver Bullets once again,IMO.

I'd take anybody over Ed Wariner as OC and take Tim Beck with him!!! If we had a Norm Chow or a sober Steve Sarkisian the sky would be the limit, IMO. Rick Newhighzel(no way that's spelled right but that's how it sounds...LMAO) would be another good one.

What does Michigan State and a sandcastle have in common?

They both look good until the Tide rolls in.

Joe, I think a lot of you.... But don't be too proud of that win. Michigan State didn't even show up. The Cleveland Browns would have beat them......

exactly. MSU was never that good and everyone knew it. Iowa would have played 'Bama better. Buckeyes could have gone toe to toe with them even without Adufus Solicitorington, and I think they'll have a big day against a depleted Notre Dame team.

Alabama deserves their props. Clemsons' defense better bring their A game. Alabama certainly will.

Like I told Joe last night, Alabama's talent can be matched on the field. However their game plans are hard to be. You essentially have 3 head coaches in Saban, Kiffin and Smart. It's the most talented coaching staff in the country. Bama's QB had the game of his life and the best QB of the two laid an egg. So did his young line who let him run for his life all night.

Now on to the real purpose for this thread (we still need an everybody BUT OSU thread lmao)...

There's a short list of teams I love to see lose. Bama. FSU. USC. and ND. Our old OC took down FSU. Our buddies in Madison took down USC. Time to make it 3 of 4!

Both teams had D lines that played awesome. MSU held Henry and got pressure on Coker. Outside of that, MSU did nothing that stood out in my mind as impressive. Coker played an outstanding game. Hats off to the kid for his game. Not sure he can do this every week or not. I really haven't watched enough of him to know.

I'd really like to say "Buckeyes woulda. . . ." but they were complacent all season and lost. So they don't get their chance. Love my Buckeyes, but they didn't play Bama and they won't play them this year. Not going to talk about the what ifs. They are paying the price for complacency today. If complacency isn't the right word, then overconfidence fits in there as well. MSU played OSU with heart and earned the right to suck against Bama.

Alabama has one of the best 4 defensive linemen I have ever seen. That was impressive and doubt we will see one better for a long time.

MSU had a great game and OSU played like they played all year.... MSU had one lucky play that allowed them too one up MS....
That showed last night when MSU got their asses handed too them.... Could Iowa or OSU have played a better game? Yes in my opinion, would they have won? Who knows....

Oh the classic big 10 excuses. "They didn't show up". Team _________ would have done better"

MSU showed up, they just got shut down at every turn. They couldn't get a pass or run game going because the Alabama D line just owned them. If cook managed to get off a pass it wasn't a half second later he was on his back. Pressure. The only drive they really made the whole game was right before the half. But by the 2nd quarter you could tell those hits were screwing with cook. Throwing high balls, inaccurate balls, and a bunch of "throw it away". The kid was tired if getting hit and couldn't even get his team to within field goal range.

On the O side for Bama executed perfectly. They won without Henry which has been a huge part of their game. All season Bama had two main tactics. Give it to Henry, and once in a while catch them off guard and throw it long. Somehow since the last game The Alabama O figured out how to create a short pass game. Which is saying something because Alabama has always been a run it down your throat team. The receivers beat the crap out of the MSU secondary at every turn and put yards on the board. Sure MSU might have a great defense but look at the alabama offensive line. Looks like a D line and they manhandled that MSU D most of the night.

MSU showed up, they just played outside the BIG 10 and got shown what real football looks like. It's easy to look like a superstar in the big 10. There's really only one or two teams to beat per season to be the champs. While the SEC largely sucked this year that hasn't been the case in years past. If you became the SEC champ you earned it every Saturday. While Bama had in my opinion largely a cupcake season they've proven they can beat the snot out of people when it counts.

I watched the Clemson game right afterwards because I recorded it. I didn't see anything special. Bama will shut down that O line pretty easy, with the exception of some of those trick plays Clemson likes to play. But the Bama D line is very good about breaking contact and shifting as the play develops. And we'll see Henry back in the game, the Clemson D couldn't really stop the Oklahoma run, they won't stop Henry and he'll put 200 yards on them. Combine that with their new found short pass game and the championship is all but in the bag.

Bama beats Clemson by at least 2Td's. Clemson hasn't seen a defense like Bama. I actually look forward to the beat down Bama will put on Clemson. The Big 10 is said to be weak but the ACC is even weaker and nobody even mentions them. Roll Tide, Oh god I can't believe Im saying that LOL.

What the heck is up with all the players being sent home for breaking rules? It's getting rediculous in my opinion. If these guys can't control themselves for 3 weeks between games, what the heck are they doing in the offseason?
