You are right Ric, when all the older hard workers that show up everyday retire some of these work places are screwed.
Fugg the young kids today are so fuggin lazy at our work, they are offering them extra cash each week if they show up everyday and on time.
The little fuggers hardly ever get the bonus.lazy fuggers.

There's this fugger I work with that calls off all the time. He racks up his points and they suspend him for 3 days. He looks at it as a vacation because apparently his dad left him some money when he died. Fuggin idiot is going to blow through that money and not have a pot to piss in when it comes time to retire because I guarantee he has no 401k going. He was suspended last Tues, weds, Thurs, and then requested Friday off unpaid! They denied that shit.

Started heading into work early like they asked me to last night... Got a text saying never mind because of the storms. Called them back and gave them an earful for all this last minute shit... It's Monday and I'm already hating my workplace! Searching the web for work now.

Chad, the same exact shit happens here all the time but it's 6-7 people in each unit on every tour! Management is so inept they promote dumber employees with in the lower management ranks and the POS that call off all the time have FMLA protecting their asses.....SMH

Does anyone know about any programs to help find jobs? Been looking around (because I don't really know a lot of people in this area) and it seems like a royal pain to find places. I've never really looked for a job before. I was always offered jobs. I don't want to go through a temp agency, they always rob you and I'm looking for a career.

I talked to that guy when I first moved here and didn't like him much...he spent most of the time talking to his wife on his phone. Maybe I'll try a neighboring county.
