Got some shooting in today and shot at 15 yds out to 28.
The block target group was at 18 yds.
Also shot well out of the treestand out to 30 yds.
Feeling pretty confident, now if i can get a nice buck to play along.

Touching up some heads today, man it's getting close,now if it would just cool down some and start to feel like Fall.

When i finished hunting yesterday morning JohnR came down to practice with his old Ben Pearson recurve.
Had him shooting out of the old ladder stand and by the time we finished up he was shooting really really good out to 18 yds.
He is getting the itch to use the recurve and i think as long as he keeps practicing and shooting how he did today he will be good to go in no time at all.
Was a good day and took him around my hunting areas and swung by the house to get him some broadheads and show him my man cave.
Hopefully we can make time and he can swing by and shoot some more.
