Mason and I have been doing a little spot and stalk last evening and tonight. Just got some cool video and we are havin a blast! He had two close calls last night and has already been close enough to shake hands with a young buck today.

....and yet another buck. He too, will live to see another day due to his youth. Mason is finding out how much fun hunting on the ground with no bait pile is. The mosquitos are all Boone and crocket btw.

Saw nothing in the stand. On the way out i had 2 yotes follow me until i opened the door of my truck... kinda a creepy ass feeling

I forgot to mention we were nearly killed by a fierce warrior squirrel too. He charged us when the young buck spooked. I'm uploading the video now... hehehe good times, indeed.
Good stuff Brock, Mason, and Jake. Sounds much more exciting than my hunt. Didn't see a single deer. I suck at this deer hunting thing this year. lmao

I hope so. That's what it's all about this year. I spotted a decent tree a little closer to the transition line he came out of. I think I'll give home a day or two and go climb that tree and see what happens
