Haha. Yeah I know. Your story from last year was the first thing that came to mind when I saw that.

Nice big breakfast, took a nap and a poop and switched from muzzleloader to 45 LC rifle. Getting ready to go work armed security at the corn pile. Different spot than I was at this morning.

Left the farm at 11 after seeing 3 does, all before 8. I slipped behind my parent's house for a little while in hopes the neighbors would be driving. No such luck. Headed back to the farm shortly.

Left around 2...didnt see a damn thing. Rain and cool out but i had to leave to let my dog out and go out to dinner for my bday. Will go back this friday after work for the evening since shotgun ends that day

Only saw the 1 doe and heard no shots. I left at noon to help a buddy track his deer and we just found it about 45 mins ago, big nanny doe. With this rain and wind we're getting I'm not sitting again until the morning. Happy birthday Moon

There was a nice mature doe but unfortunately was hit by a car from the look of it. It was two houses down from where we hunt on the property. ...its not far from us. R.I.P Deer
