Mason and I prepared a spot for gun hunting this weekend. Saw two deer silhouetted high on a ridge. I like this place. We will be looking right down on a powerline with a lot of sign crossing it. Should be a fun spot.

No action unfortunately. Wind starting blowing in the wrong direction. Oh well hoping to get out in the next couple days here. That was only my 7th sit of the year so far which sucks but I have finals this week for school then off for a month so I should be able to hunt a lot more.

Drove around at last light yesterday amd every deer i saw was in a corn field. Hoping for similar results tonight.

Of course had to stay over at work tonight so I couldn't get out. I look back to the feeder and see the big buck and 3 does 21 yards from my blind. And so go hunting I guess. Oh well.
