Had TOO post this picture for Chad, Giles, Moonlab and all you other flip the bird TOO guys. Short story we were at my inlaws and did a family Christmas photo. Little Rivedude was actually eating a candy cane or something but MIL posted it on FB and sent Laura a picture. Laura and I had a good laugh because it looks like the little guy is flipping the bird.

Well it is official guys, "Little River Dude" is now ours. Went to court this morning and we were granted legal custody and the sad thing is his mother never even showed up for the hearing. She has lost all right to supervised visitation due to her drug addition and failing her drug test. She has 14 days to appeal but the judge said not to worry. Next step will take some time (up to one year) for legal adoption.

That's awesome, Jeff! He is so happy with you guys! It's sad that his mom didn't show up but it's probably best that she didn't.

Thank you J. Little guy and I just went out TOO look for our blind that got blown away while I was in Chicago. I went out and found it while he was napping but did not tell him that, lol.
