I would cheer for isis before osu. Go blue
That says a lot.

Have you ever been to a Buckeye game at the Shoe? Sold out pretty much every game. Plenty more watching in parking lot, local bars, every apartment on campus. . . .the sheer amount of people so absorbed by Buckeye football is amazing.Ha.
189,272. The combined seating of Alabama and Auburn stadiums with Alabama making up 101k of that.
Now i know what you're thinking. The shoe is 106k. 5k larger than bama.
Not really impressive for Ohio with 11.6 million people compared to Alabamas 4.8 million. Alabama has less than half the population of Ohio, with a stadium only 5k seats smaller, and oh, half of that population is a damn Auburn fan accounting for another 88k seats.
Georgia 10th largest stadium, seating 93k. Population 9 million.
Tennessee. 5th largest stadium, seating 102k. Population. 6.5 million.
Louisiana. 6th largest stadium. Seating 102k. Pupulation 4.8 million.
See. Unlike Ohio State, our SEC fans actually go to games, not just buy the T-Shirts.
Actually it's
LSU
Alabama
West Virginia
Ohio State
Oregon
Half of the big 10 made the top 20....
My HC was the OC at ECU for about 10 years, they played LSU several times, always an adventure walking to the stadium from the bus. A 70 year old woman drunk on bourbon spit in his face and the entire crowd chants "tiger bait" Police escorts can only do so much lol
There are 9 D1 schools in Alabama compared to 13 in ohio. Not bad for a state with half Ohio's population.Let's see! How many other D1 football schools are in Bama versus Ohio?
How many pro football teams are there in Bama versus Ohio?
How many other pro sport teams are in Bama versus Ohio?
IMO, Bama or Auburn fans have nothing else to root for or go to worth a damn as far as sports so yeah, they go watch the only two sport teams worth going to! Big deal! rotflmao
Also, imo, if they had seating for 130k at the shoe I think they'd fill them too! Can't fault the fans if there's only 105K seats to fill? Add in the fact that OSU isn't the only D1 football school in the state that has a decent fan base they represent pretty well, IMO.
I keep trying to tell you guys SEC football is fucking nuts.My HC was the OC at ECU for about 10 years, they played LSU several times, always an adventure walking to the stadium from the bus. Imagine you are an 18 y/o cocky bastard being recruited at that game. Hooked....I keep trying to tell you guys SEC football is fucking nuts.
Something they never show on TV is 101 thousand Bama fans chanting to taunt the other team after beating someone while that team is walking off the field.
For example after beating LSU they will chant. "Hey Tigers!.. Hey Tigers! We just beat the hell out of you. Rammer jammer yellow hammer give em hell Alabama"
Home game chant against auburn.

They'll even do it in your own damn stadium at an away game. This is at LSU

The NCAA finds it highly unsportsmanlike and refuses to air it but it happens none the less.
Real classy, let that happen at the horseshoe. Haters would FREAK dafaq out! That's piss poor sportsmanship.

I'll give Alabama credit though. They have a lot of fans. The number of mullets in the stadium is also impressive. Lowest number of teeth per fan count in all college football amazes me. I'd say the number of prison ankle bracelets per player count has to be highest in all of college football as well. Yep. No doubt about it. Bama stats impress me. [emoji1]
And if that right there doesn't tell you that OSU always enters the season overranked i don't know what does. Straight rolled a fucking zero in a National Championship play-off game and somehow ended up as number 2. Which should not have been a surprise after losing to Penn State, barely holding on against Michigan State coming down to the last four minutes and only winning because of a stopped a two-point conversion, and then having to go with the double overtime against Michigan to barely squeak by. And before that pulling one out of their ass by a point against shithouse Northwestern. Yeah sounds like a number two team to me.#2 rated...and we haven't even started yet[emoji23]
