1531.40 Nuisance wild animal removal or control services; license.
(A) As used in this section:
(1) "Nuisance wild animal" means a wild animal that interferes with the use or enjoyment of property, is causing a threat to public safety, or may cause damage or harm to a structure, property, or person.

Hmmmmm... very vague... My enjoyment of property is feeding deer and the coons interfere with that... and i'm afraid they might have rabies

Man Laws of Hunting
-If you see me in my tree stand and hunt a tree within 75 yards of me, don't be upset when I climb down to take a dump under your steps. If you didn't see me then you must be a lousy hunter because how could you possibly miss my bare ass shaking back and forth as I'm mooning you.
-While on base it's OK to hunt my tree stand when I'm not there. Honestly it's a risk I accept and the regulations state it is ok. However, if I show up please have the courtesy to go and hunt someplace else. If not then it isn't my fault you chose to hunt the very tree that I planned on removing the steps from.
-Sorry, I don't care if you parked here before me. Most likely we won't be hunting near each other so I'm parking here too. If I do step on you I will apologize and move to another location. If you have a problem with it then suck it up and buy your own land.
-Be a man and claim your own deer. For goodness sake how can you look at yourself in the mirror knowing you recovered, tagged, and bragged about killing someone else's deer. This should literally be a crime.

Well..it hit my area and I’ve been hunting other places. We will see how well it recovered and if we can hunt this year.
Here’s another man law. If you get an invite to go hunt with a buddy on private land...do NOT go behind their back to get your own permission.
that's on par with propositioning my wife. I think if I valued that hunting place, and someone I invited pulled that shit with me, a good old fashioned tire slashing would be in order. maybe a trip to the woodshed for good measure. I hang out with some low-lifes, but I don't think I even know a dickless turd of that caliber.
Couldn't agree more. That's one of the top-tier man laws, for sure. If a buddy of mine does that, he ain't my "buddy" any longer.

We’ve been plagued by people from MI coming in and leasing ground all around this area. It all started with a couple locals inviting a couple of them down to hunt. Now those locals can’t hunt the farms they grew up hunting. Needless to say the “friendship “ didn’t survive.

Years ago I brought a friend of mine from our gunning club with me turkey hunting. He never did it before and wanted to see how it was done. He didn’t have a permit and wasn’t hunting, just observing. I took him to my best spot as I’ve always killed a turkey there not long after first light the first time hunting it. Turkeys gobbled from the roost, flew down, strutted around the decoys and after getting some good footage of the hunt, I asked him if he ever killed a turkey before. He said no so I offered to let him shoot and I would use my tag. (Tags are through a lottery and I only had one for the season). I slowly handed him my gun, he shot, and I placed my only tag on the bird. He was hooked. I showed him how to check the bird in and how to butcher it...also how to save the beard and Spurs. Next year before the season started I checked with the landowner to make sure I still had permission as I always did, just Incase circumstances changed. They changed alright. My “friend” who is a roofer, made a deal with him. He put a new roof on his house and only charged the cost of the materials in return for exclusive hunting rights to that piece of land. I’ve never been allowed to hunt that piece of woods again. The roofer friend got tangled up with drugs and doesn’t turkey hunt anymore, but I’ve lost touch with the owner and would feel uncomfortable making contact again after more than 20 years. At least I got a new “catch phrase” out of that ordeal.....whenever someone from the hunting club would screw me over after I did something nice for them, I’d say “Boom-Boom....he got me again” while making a fisting motion with my right arm. It caught on and every time somebody screwed someone else over, that’s what would be said....Followed by everybody looking at me and laughing.
