Anybody see Ruger is releasing a takedown 9mm carbine that takes Glock mags. This is high on my want list.

Made a pocket holster for it today, nothing fancy just protection in the pocketbook. Plus a lot cheaper than buying one.
Fired the gun yesterday so the wife could get used to it. With 38 no problem, I did well here shoot a round of 357, needless to say she isn’t going to have any of that loaded in the gun.

It doesnt make much sense to shoot .357 or .38 +p out of a gun with less than a 3 inch barrel.
I agree but I read an article about a guy having good groupings at 50 yards with this gun, shooting 357

I think you’ll like that round, I’d try the 40grain as he wind will be less likely to affect it then the 30 grain..... It’ll still play with the trajectory but might be better then the other.....
I shoot the 58 grain VMAX outta my .243 and it loves that round. And it’ll stop a groundhog dead in its tracks...
