Actually the ATF ruled that shouldering an arm brace does not change the intended use of the brace or make it a rifle. In other words you are not shouldering a rifle but rather using a pistols arm brace incorrectly.

Did you know the ATF explanation is that is the brace is temporary unless it is red loktited on, then it’s permanant and illegal?

Yep 1911! Really not that bad to strip and put back. Holding the plunger back to get the thumb safety back in is a little tricky but not bad.

I had some more luck at a gun bingo event on Saturday . I still have to pick it up but I won a rock island 1911. Won on the first bingo...
Sunday morning I went to the tri state gun collectors show in lima with my grandpa and came home with an Anderson ar. Not really sure I needed it but it was priced decently so I took it.
